"We asked Georgia and Steve to design and install our new kitchen, and were very impressed through the whole process. Georgia was quick to come and see us, and – unlike some of the competition – actually listened to what we wanted and was happy to make suggestions that would work with our slightly unusual space. That comes with the confidence and flexibility of a fully bespoke service rather than having to work with set unit sizes and adjusting the design to fit. That said, the pricing was very competitive and affordable, rather than the stratospheric quotes you sometimes associate with “bespoke”. In the end it was an obvious and painless choice to go with HOHD. We weren’t disappointed. We were very happy with the designs and we spent time with Georgia getting the details just right – the visualizations really helped. Anna visited the factory and was impressed by the whole process. Delivery dates were quoted and met. Over the three days of fitting, Craig went the extra mile and even added some little touches – “nice to have” items that we only thought of on the day. From initial discussions regarding our vision, Georgia produced several digital designs incorporating all of the features we had requested and ones we’d forgotten about. There were only a couple of minor bumps in the road, both of which were out of HOHD’s control (a broken sink and a slightly twisted door), but Georgia and Steve addressed these promptly and kept us updated at all times.
