We contacted Jenny and Simon via their home renovation Instagram account back in 2020 to see if we could help with their new Kitchen and Utility Room area. Their renovation included demolishing the existing garage and erecting a single story side and rear extension to create a snug room, open plan Kitchen Diner and Utility Room. We had the pleasure of creating both the Kitchen and Utility Room.

We began the design process with the Kitchen space and using the architectural plans, were able to come up with an initial design which included the majority of requirements. After producing a quotation for the initial design, we continued the design process tweaking certain aspects to perfect the layout of the space. We then met with Jenny and Simon to show them samples of our product including the units, door styles, colour charts and worktops. They decided to go for a traditional Beaded Shaker painted in Farrow and Ball’s Ammonite and Railings as a contrast in the island. Once the building work had begun, we returned to the property to take our final measurements and ensure that everything was covered prior to the manufacturing.

There were several aspects of this Kitchen which were highly bespoke products. Not only were our units and doors made to measure but we created a Pantry Larder to the customers requirements and a beautiful mantle over their Integrated Extractor unit.

We were also asked to design a space for the customers Utility Room which is located just off of the Kitchen. There were many requirements for this room – Laundry Room, storage for shoes and coats and most importantly, a space for Jaspers bed. It was a challenge to ensure we covered all required aspects in the design but we are so happy to of achieved this and created a practical but beautiful room for our client to enjoy for years to come.

Overall, we are over the moon with the outcome of these two spaces, along with our client. Thank you Jenny and Simon for putting your trust in us to bring your home to life!
